# Missing integration

Understand and resolve a missing plugin or configuration.

A Playbook can be visible even when your site lacks what it needs. Its card then says **Needs X**, and Automate is greyed out with the reason. Open **WP AI Manager > Integrations** and read the pill on the matching card:

| Pill                | Fix                                                                   |
| ------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Not installed | Use the install button (free candidates only) or install from Plugins |
| Installed, inactive | Activate                                                              |
| Update needed | Update the plugin to the minimum version |
| Not set up | Configure it or add the key |
| Not active | Enable the integration or module (Settings > Modules) |
| Paid add-on         | Buy and install the third-party plugin                                |
| Read only | Inspect with Chat; edit layouts in the native builder |

Common needs: Elementor for **Build a landing page** and **Apply my brand colors and fonts**; Rank Math, Yoast SEO or Slim SEO for SEO meta; WooCommerce 10.9+ for store work; Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms or MetForm for forms; the Redirects module for broken links; an Unsplash, Pexels or Pixabay key for stock images.

The assistant cannot install plugins by itself. After fixing, reload Integrations and retry. See [Integrations and builders](https://docs.3techagency.com/documentation/reference-and-help/integrations-and-builders).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.3techagency.com/help-center/workflows-and-recovery/missing-integration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
