# Content, SEO and store workflows

Draft posts from a brief, write and save SEO meta, and change WooCommerce products, prices, stock and coupons.

## Blog posts

{% tabs %}
{% tab title="In Chat" %}

1. Start **Write a blog post** in Guided mode, or ask "Write a blog post about …".
2. Review the **Content brief**: title options, audience, target length, outline and suggested gaps. Use **Regenerate** if needed.
3. Select **Write the draft**. It is saved as a **private draft post**.
4. Review SEO suggestions and **Save to the page**.
5. Open the draft from the result card and publish in WordPress.
   {% endtab %}

{% tab title="As a Task" %}

1. Select **Automate** on **Write a blog post**.
2. Enter the topic and brief, and optionally an exact category.
3. **Run now**. The recipe reads a recent post for tone, writes a draft, assigns the category and adds a stock featured image only when a stock provider key is set.
4. The result says if it could not add an image. Open the draft and check it.
   {% endtab %}
   {% endtabs %}

Tone, audience, length, language and call to action come from **Site Knowledge > Content defaults**. Keywords always belong to the individual piece. A Run snapshots these values when it starts, so later edits do not change it.

## SEO

SEO tools use whichever supported plugin is active: **Rank Math**, **Yoast SEO** or **Slim SEO**. One dispatcher picks it automatically. All in One SEO is not supported.

* **Write SEO meta for this page** (Ask or Guided) proposes a title, description, slug and focus keyword for one page, in your brand voice.
* **Fix missing SEO meta (site-wide)** (Automate) proposes meta for every page missing a title or description.
* Both use the same fixed checks for title and description length; the keyword check runs only when a focus keyword was supplied.
* Saving SEO fields is an Auto-class write with Undo.

If the plugin is installed but inactive, Integrations shows **Installed, inactive**.

## Find a page, post or product by name

Ask naturally: "Find the product iPhone 13". A name search covers every public content type (products, pages, posts and custom types) and says which type each result is. An exact-title search ignores letter case and does not match longer titles. A plain listing without a search shows blog posts.

## WooCommerce

Needs WooCommerce **10.9 or newer**.

| Put a category on sale | **Put a category on sale** Playbook; inputs are bound so the model cannot change scope or dates. |

Payment and shipping settings, refunds and customer data export are not available as Chat actions. Cart, checkout and my-account pages are always protected.

If the assistant says a product tool is unavailable, look for an **Allow Products update in this chat** card. See [Tools and permissions](/documentation/reference-and-help/tools-and-permissions.md).

For broad store changes, keep a full-site backup and check products after applying.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.3techagency.com/documentation/workflows/content-seo-and-store.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
