# Integrations and builders

Integration status cards, what each state means, supported plugins, and the Advanced tools and Page builders screens.

Open **WP AI Manager > Integrations**. Each card shows what this site can use and the button to fix it. The assistant uses whatever is ready; it cannot install a plugin by itself.

## Status pills

| Pill                    | Meaning                                                        | Typical action           |
| ----------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------ |
| **Ready**               | Working; "Using X" names the plugin                            | None                     |
| **Installed, inactive** | The plugin is installed but not active | Activate |
| **Not installed** | No supported plugin found | Install (free candidate) |
| **Update needed** | Below the minimum version | Update the plugin |
| **Not set up** | Active but needs configuration or a key | Configure |
| **Paid add-on**         | Needs a separately licensed plugin                             | Learn more               |
| **Read only** | AI Chat can inspect; make layout changes in the native builder | Use the native editor |
| **Not active** | The integration or module is switched off | Enable integration |

Install and activate buttons need an administrator's click. If an install fails, the card says "That did not work. Install it from Plugins instead."

## Advanced screens

Under **Integrations** there are three more sections:

* **Advanced tools**: per-tool toggles, grouped by plugin. See [Tools and permissions](/documentation/reference-and-help/tools-and-permissions.md).
* **Page builders**: which builders are detected and whether they can be written to.
* **Redirects**: see [Redirects](/documentation/reference-and-help/redirects.md).

Modules (Redirects, SVG support, Image optimization, Prompts, Brand Kits) are switched on and off under **Settings > Modules**.

## Elementor notes

The **Build a landing page** and **Apply my brand colors and fonts** built-ins target Elementor. Elementor Pro is a separate plugin, needed only for features that use its APIs. WP AI Manager has no Pro upgrade of its own.

## When a workflow is unavailable

Read the Requirement card rather than asking the model again. It names the missing plugin, inactive plugin, minimum version, disabled module or missing setting. Fix it, then retry. See [Troubleshooting](/documentation/reference-and-help/troubleshooting.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.3techagency.com/documentation/reference-and-help/integrations-and-builders.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
